US-based business advisory firm Riveron acquires Yantra
Texas-based Business advisory firm Riveron has acquired Yantra Inc., a technology and advisory services provider, for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition positions Riveron as one of the largest NetSuite Alliance Partners globally, said the company in a statement. NetSuite partners offer various services related to Oracle NetSuite, a leading cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
Founded by Vikram Bhandari in 2009, Yantra brings expertise in data science, AI, Robotic Process Automation, and platform integrations, expanding Riveron’s technological offerings. The US-based company has around 300 employees across the United States, Canada, India, and the Philippines.
“Bhandari will join Riveron as its Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, serving clients in myriad arenas, including bringing a fresh perspective on the practical impact of AI for CFOs. With the acquisition, Riveron significantly expands its team, increasing its global headcount to over 1,000 dedicated professionals,” the statement said.
Over the years, Yantra has helped clients in adopting digital transformation across diverse technology and business landscapes. “Now, as part of Riveron, we are excited to play a pivotal role in our shared commitment to growth and delivering next-generation technology to our clients,” Bhandari added.
Earlier this year, Yantra was planning to invest Rs 100 crore in India’s Gen AI market, and a corporate excellence centre in Pune.
