The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Sunday continued its raids in connection with the alleged scam in the ration distribution system in West Bengal.
The agency teams carried out searches on the premises of Ankit India Limited in Uluberia and Domjur in Howrah district for nearly 27 hours and seized three bags of documents, sources said.
The ED has summoned Abhijit Das, former personal assistant of state Forest Minister Jyoti Priya Mallick, again on Monday. Mallick, who was remanded to 10-day ED custody following his arrest in the case recently, has been claiming that he had no knowledge of the scam and it was Das who knew about it.
