This is why we want the state government to present pancjayat-wise data for clarity and transparency. Anyone can cross-check panchayat wise data to know if the Bihar survey was fair nor not”, said the BJP Rajya Sabha MP.
On JD (U) and RJD asking the Centre to conduct nationwide survey, the BJP Rajya Aabha MP said: “RJD chief Lalu Prasad had been very much part of UPA governmemt and he should have got it conducted in 2011 general census itself. We also want to ask Congress leader Rahul Gandhi why Congress-ruled states of Chhatisgarh and Rajasthan did not conduct caste surveys. Karnataka govetnment had also conducted caste survey in 2015 at cost of Rs 200 Crore. Why its report is not yet out so far?”
Meanwhile, Bihar governmemt is likely to table its caste survey report in Bihar legislature on Tuesday. It could be followed by debate in the ongoing session.
