Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 17 is heading towards an interesting finale. From Ankita and Vicky meeting their mothers to Munawar’s sister entering the house, emotions are running high for the contestants. The latest promo shows host Karan Johar unhappy with Isha Malviya’s comments on Munawar Faruqui and Ayesha Khan. This is Karan’s second time hosting Bigg Boss 17 in Salman’s absence. Meanwhile, Abhishek Kumar’s mother also entered the house, leaving the actor emotional. She was seen confronting Isha about her comments on her son.
In the viral promo, an angry Karan asked Isha, “Isha, aapne Munawar ke baare main yeh kaha hai ki usne kaafi logo ko use and throw kiya hai. I truly want to know, kya aap apna itihaas bhool gayi? (Isha, you have said about Munawar that he has used and thrown many people. I truly want to know, have you forgotten your history?) Isha tried to defend herself, “Maine kuch bhi aise intention se nahi bola tha.” (I never said anything with such intention)
Karan then slammed Isha and said, “Isha, main innocence ki acting ko bhi samajhta hoon aur actual innocence ko bhi samajhta hoon. (Isha, I understand both the acting of innocence and actual innocence) Isn’t this a double standard, Isha? It’s bloody hell double standards.”
In another promo, Abhishek Kumar’s mother was also seen confronting Isha. In the therapy room, Isha was seen telling his mother, “Mai sach mein aunty sorry bolna chahungi aapko bhi uncle ko bhi ki maine aap logo ke sentiments ko agar hurt kiye hain toh (I truly want to say sorry to you and uncle if I have hurt your sentiments).”
Abhishek’s mother Mrs Sandhya replied, “Uncle bhi dukhi huye the. Maine kab Abhishek ko aapke saamne thappad maara tha ya TV toda tha? Humare ghar mei koi TV nahi toota, humne apne bete ko kabhi nahi maara thappad (Even uncle was upset. When did I ever slap Abhishek in front of you or break a TV? No TV has been broken in our house, and we’ve never slapped our son),”
She added, “Pata hai kya beta, hum andar game khelne aaye hai na toh hum bahar ki baatein na andar laayein toh sahi hai. Yahan ki ko problem hai uske baare mei baat karo na (You know what, when we come inside to play the game, it’s better not to bring outside matters in. Talk about the issues here in the house).” Isha listened to her quietly.
The previous week inside the Bigg Boss house was quite emotional as family members of the contestants visited them and explained to them where they were going wrong on the show.
Bigg Boss 17 will have its grand finale on January 28.
