Poco X6 series India launch
Poco will be launching the Poco X6 and the Poco X6 Pro today in India. The Poco X6 is a rebadged version of the Redmi Note 13 Pro while the Poco X6 Pro is a rebranded version of the Redmi K70 E, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC, and it is also the first smartphone in the country to ship with Android 14 based HyperOS.

ROG Phone 8 Pro India pricing
Asus has revealed the India pricing of the ROG Phone 8 Pro series. The base variant (ROG Phone 8 Pro) with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage is priced at Rs 94,999, while the ROG Phone 8 Pro Edition with 24 GB RAM and 1 TB of storage is priced at Rs 1,19,999, making it one of the most expensive smartphones that Asus has ever launched in India.

BenQ just announced another portable projector — GV31 in India. Priced at Rs 79,990, it is a 1080p projector, which can project up to 120-inch images with support for 4K content. The BenQ GV31 also comes with a stereo speaker setup (8Wx2) with support for 2.1 channel audio output and one can also use the projector like a Bluetooth speaker. It runs on Android OS and comes with pre-installed apps like Netflix, and there is also a USB-C port for easy data transfer support.

Honor MagicOS 8.0with on-device generative-AI capability
Several Honor smartphones will soon receive MagicOS 8.0, which introduces a host of new features, including generative AI capabilities. According to the company, the update is based on Android 14 OS and it includes the in-house developed MagicLM generative AI model with seven billion parameters.
