Out of the total contributions declared by AAP, Rs 90 lakh was from Prudent Electoral Trust, which gave two donations of Rs 45 lakh each. It is not yet known who donated to Prudent Electoral Trust in 2022-2023, but in 2021-2022, as per the trust’s report to the EC, contributors included Bharti Airtel, Jindal Steel and Power, DLF Luxury Homes, TVS Motors and Serum Institute of India.

In the past, donations from trusts have run into a few crores for the AAP, which got the national party status earlier this year.
