The much-anticipated trailer for the sixth and the final season of the beloved and long-running web series, The Crown, has been unveiled. The sneak peek of Season 6 offers a glimpse at the aftermath of Princess Diana’s divorce from Prince Charles, her struggle with paparazzi, her fatal car accident and the royal family grappling with grief after her death.
The two-minute and twenty-second trailer begins with Diana (Elizabeth Debicki) wrestling with the relentless pursuit of paparazzi. It later delves into the grief experienced by the royal family, particularly Diana and Charles’ two sons, Harry and William, following Diana’s tragic death in a car accident alongside her boyfriend, Dodi Fayed (played by Khalid Abdalla). A scene in the trailer features Prince Charles, portrayed by Dominic West, remarking after Diana’s passing, “This is going to be the biggest thing that any of us has ever seen.”

The Crown’s final season will span the years 1997-2005 and is being released in two parts: The initial four episodes will premiere on November 16, focusing on the evolving relationship between Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed before their fateful car journey.
